Absolutely. We are fully insured for the safety and peace of mind of our customers. We carry general liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance, auto insurance, and janitorial surety bond.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN BASIC STANDARD CLEANING PROGRAM?
Depending on the type of facility you need cleaned, our basic cleaning services will typically include dusting and wiping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning and trash removal. Your service plan can be customized to meet your needs.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU CLEAN?
We will clean as often as your business needs. This may mean daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, or just a one-time cleaning.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE AT THE BUSINESS LOCATION WHEN A CLEAN SWEEP CLEANS?
No, we can clean before or after business hours, or any time you prefer. Our cleaning services and schedules are tailored to meet your specific needs.
CAN YOU CLEAN AFTER SPECIAL EVENTS?
Yes we can. Please call in advance to schedule a special cleaning, so we are prepared to fully accommodate you.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT FOR MY CLEANING SERVICE?
No. We provide all cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies needed to perform the work, except for consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners and hand soap.  If requested, we can supply these items under separate billing.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
We strive to maintain long-term relationships, but we understand there may be certain circumstances where that is not possible. In that case, a customer may elect to cancel their contract with 30 days written notice for any cause and without penalty.
